Top 10 Things for C-Section Recovery

C-sections are major surgery, and it is important that you take the time to heal your body as well as take care of your newborn during recovery. Here are some product ideas to make your recovery smoother.
Ice and cold are great ways to reduce inflammation, swelling and pain. Try alternating between hot and cold (taking care to not apply heat directly to your scar, but rather to your back area), and see what works best for your body!
2. Scar Massage
Have a loved one or yourself check out this instructional video and blog post on how to massage your c-section scar. Massaging your scar can help reduce scar tissue by increasing blood flow and helps manage pain.
