Sweet Potato Granola

It’s that time again, Doulas of Capitol Hill is celebrating Healthy for the Holidays. The holiday season is filled with so much joy and celebration. But we know that it can also bring on a lot of stress and heavy comfort foods. For the months of November and December we will be encouraging ways to stay healthy including supplying some easy and delicious recipes that don’t lack any flavor! 

Chef and postpartum doula, Vanessa Fowler, is sharing a simple and flavorful sweet potato granola dish with us today. Last year she shared her winters granola and we are excited to offer this fun variation.

Just like the Winters Granola, you can eat this at room temperature or heat it up and add some milk. Top off your favorite yogurt or even add it to a salad. It’s truly so versatile which is one of the reasons we love it so much! Enjoy!
